Open Educational Resources and Other No Cost Options for Citrus College Students

Open Educational Resources (OER) are Zero Cost Textbooks or other learning materials available online through an open Creative Commons License. They allow for unlimited simultaneous users.

No Cost Textbooks (to students) are e-resources that the library has purchased for students. Many no cost options that the library provides serve as e-reserves. For 1 or 3-user at a time titles, please close out of the ebook when you are finished to allow someone else to access it. Many copies allow for unlimited simultaneous users.

Faculty: If you are interested in adopting OER for your courses, or already do and you are not on this list, I'd love to hear about it. If you are OER curious, I'm here to help!   -- Sarah Bosler, Academic Senate OER Liaison

Summer 2021: Titles marked with green highlight are being used for select summer 2021 sections.

Fall 2021: Titles marked with blue highlight are being used for select fall 2021 sections.
