Hayden Memorial Library Study Room Reservation System FAQ

Want to use the library's new online study room reservation system but not quite sure how to do it? Check out our step by step guide below! From the library homepage, select study rooms. Then, click the big blue button that says "Book A Study Room." What next? Read on!

Step One

Click on the room and times you wish to book. Students are able to book two hours a day in a study room, but they do not have to be consecutive.

Step Two

Read and accept the Terms and Conditions (no skipping like this is your iTunes agreement!)

Step Three

Check your CITRUS email and confirm your reservation. If you don't see the email, check your Junk/Spam and tell your email this is not junk. Reservations must be confirmed in one hour to be valid.

Step Four

Come to the Check Out desk with your ID and check the room out. It's that simple! Please note that the ID presented must match the ID on the reservation or it will not be honored.
