A step-by-step guide to connecting to Citrus-Secure on Android, Apple, and Chromebook Devices.

Connect to Citrus-Secure on a Laptop, Phone, or Tablet

Citrus-Secure is an encrypted network accessible only to Citrus College students, faculty, and staff. To access the network, select Citrus-Secure and enter your login credentials provided by the college. 

Android

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select Connections.

3. Select Wi-Fi.

4. Select Citrus-Secure.

After selecting Citrus-Secure, an advanced configuration menu will pop up.

5. Identity: Enter your Citrus College email, excluding the @citruscollege

6. Password: Enter your Citrus College email password

7. CA Certificate: Select Don't Validate

8. EAP method: PEAP

10: Phase 2 authentication: MSCAPV2

11. Anonymous identity: Will accept any input of your choosing

12.  Select Connect.

1. Click on the system tray located in the bottom-right corner where the clock is displayed.

2. To access the list of networks, click on the drop-down menu and select Citrus-Secure.

4. Configure the settings for Citrus-Secure

5. EAP Method: PEAP

6. EAP Phase 2 Authentication: MSCHAPV2

7. Server CA Certificate: Default

8. Domain suffix match: citruscollege.edu

9. Identity: Citrus College Email (exclude @citruscollege)

10. Password: Citrus College Email Password

11. Anonymous Identity: Will accept any input

12. Click Connect.

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select Wi-fi and tap to turn on.

3. Select Citrus-Secure.

5. Username: Citrus College Email including @student.citruscollege.edu

6. Password: Citrus College Email password

7. Select Join.

8. A new screen will appear, select Trust.

9. You are now connected to Citrus-Secure.

Trouble Connecting?

If you're having trouble connecting:

Androids

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select Connections.

3. Choose Wi-Fi.

4. Press and hold Citrus-Secure, and then choose Forget.

5. Follow the steps to connect to Citrus-Secure.

Chromebooks

1. Go to the systems tray at the bottom right-hand corner where the clock is located.

2. Click on Citrus-Secure.

3. Select Forget.

4. Follow the steps to connect to Citrus-Secure.

Apple

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select Wi-Fi.

3. Select Citrus-Secure.

4. Select Forget this network.

5. Follow the steps to connect to Citrus-Secure.
