Avoiding Plagiarism: Learn which sources need to be cited; the differences between direct quotes and paraphrasing; and why citing your sources is important.
Finding Primary & Secondary Sources: Learn the difference between primary and secondary sources; how they are used in academic writing; and where to find them. Learn how to search for these sources using library resources as well as the internet. In addition, learn how to evaluate what you found to see if they are relevant to your topic.
