What is my Citrus email address?
Log into WingSpan using your ID # and PIN. Go to the Personal Information tab, select View Email Addresses and find it under Citrus College Email.

How do I log into WingSpan?
Visit my.citruscollege.edu/ , select Register Add/Drop Classes (WingSpan). Enter your User ID and PIN (See Welcome Letter for ID). Your initial PIN is your birth date in MMDDYY format. To reset PIN, select “Forgot PIN?”, answer secret question & select new PIN which will update every 6 hours at 6a/pm & 12a/pm.

How do I log into my Citrus Email?
Visit my.citruscollege.edu/ , select Student Email. The username is your entire email address and the default/first time password is capital C, lowercase c, and your birth date in MMDDYYYY format. After your initial login, enter your default password, then create a new one. 

What if I forgot my email password?
At the email login screen, select “Can’t access your account?”. Select your school account and enter your email address, then select the “contact an administrator” link. This will reset your password to the default (see above) in approx. 5-10 mins.

How do I forward my Citrus email to another email account?
Log into your email account (above) then select Settings (gear) icon (top right). Then select Mail under Your app settings. Under Accounts (left), select Forwarding. Select Start Forwarding, enter your email address and then select Save. Tip: Send an email to your Citrus account to verify that forwarding is working correctly.

How do I log into the computer network, wi-fi and/or Canvas?
The username is the first part of your Citrus email address before the @. The password is capital C, lowercase c and the first 6 digits of your WingSpan PIN. The wi-fi network is called cc-ap. Access Canvas via my.citruscollege.edu/  

How can I print and is there a fee? What about photocopying and scanning? 
Select the printer that best fits your needs. Follow step-by-step instructions to release print jobs. There are two student printers on the 1st flr (Reference B&W & Reference Color) and two on the 2nd flr. (both are 2nd flr Audiovisual B&W). For now, B&W and color printing are free. Print from wireless devices from campus wi-fi by following the directions above. Photocopying and scanning services are no longer provided by the library.

How can I renew my library materials & access databases off-campus?
Visit the MyLibrary Account link on the library homepage and select Sign In. The first time, select Set/reset password, enter your WingSpan ID and select Request new password. Check your Citrus email and select the password link (within 24 hrs) to set a new password. If you forgot your password, use the same process. Items can be renewed before they are overdue and twice total.
