How to Create a Custom Segment
How to create a custom media clip in Films on Demand to use as a visual aid. (Optional)
Go to “your profile” at the top right of the Films on Demand homepage
Log in or create a personal account to create a custom segment (and more).
Search for the video segment you want to use.
Select “segments” under the video and enter the start and end time of the part you want to use (less than 30 seconds).
Play the segment and select “set thumbnail” when you get to the image you want to show.
Provide a description for your segment.
Select “create segment”.
Go to your profile and select “my content” to view the URLs for your segment.
Change “actions” dropdown to “share” and select the segment URL to embed in your presentation.
On Google Slides or PowerPoint, insert segment URL as hyperlinked text or image.
